Job Summary

• This role will serve as a key business partner to cross-functional teams and regional finance stakeholders, with a strong focus on project P&L analysis, margin forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Procurement, and Supply Chain to improve project financial visibility and assist in driving process improvements to streamline forecasting, reporting, and analysis.

Matching Summary

Salary

Base: $130,000.00-$150,000.00; Bonus/Equity: discretionary company bonuses, stock compensation may be eligible; Benefits: health care coverage, dental and vision, 401(K) with company matching, unlimited paid time off

• Master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 6-10 years of experience supporting Project FP&A
• Experience in Solar industry
• Experience working with intercompany processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
