ERM is seeking an Environmental Construction Supervisor for a project in northern Canada to oversee environmental compliance during construction activities. Job Summary

  • Lead the environmental monitor team to deliver compliance during construction activities by implementing and upholding the Construction Environmental Management Plan and associated plans.
  • Manage and provide supervisory oversight and quality control of two on-site Environmental Construction Monitors (ECMs) to monitor construction activities in compliance with federal and provincial permit conditions, environmental management plans, and Indigenous partnership monitoring requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of environmental monitoring experience
  • Mine site experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Biological or Environmental Sciences
  • First Aid certification
  • Proficient in basic computer skills
  • Proficient in use of Global Positioning System (GPS) units
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
