Key Requirements
Baccalaureate Degree, ADN, or Diploma RN Degree
3 years RN experience
Current BLS certification
Valid Arkansas Registered Nursing License
Certification in Case Management (CCM, ANCC) or obtain within 1 year
BSN preferred
Care Management experience in Ambulatory setting
