Job Summary

  • Lead document review, solution summary, and project kickoff meetings to assess client needs and infrastructure requirements.
  • Develop and maintain engineering playbooks, logbooks, SSOW, and SOP/EOP templates while identifying client engineering processes.
  • Investigate incidents, develop risk registers, and validate client systems including BMS and SharePoint compliance.
