Lead by example and deliver a seamless experience, training the team on how the Spirit of Aman is brought to life in daily operations, ensuring consistency of the guest experience.
Manage Guest Services team to ensure Guest Recognition, Customer Delight and Retention, handling guest feedback promptly and implementing guest recognition programs for VIPs and special occasions.
