Salary

Base: $25.00 per hour (direct therapy); $30.00 per hour (supervision duties); Bonus/Equity: $2000 sign-on bonus; Benefits: Medical, vision, dental, life insurance, mileage reimbursement, referral bonuses, 401k, EAP

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS required)
  • RBT certification or applicable state ABA license
  • Enrollment in BACB-verified course sequence
  • 12+ semester units in ABA with one year of ABA experience OR Two years of experience designing/implementing behavior intervention services
  • Minimum 2 years working with children with developmental disabilities using ABA principles
  • Full-time availability Monday-Friday 8am-7pm
  • Valid in-state driver's license and insurance
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
