Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Traffic Engineering
Minimum 10 years of traffic/transportation engineering experience

Experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
Familiarity with PANYNJ, NYSDOT, NYCDOT, MTA, and NYCDDC standards
