Raytheon Australia is seeking a Lead - Benefit Integration System Production Support Analyst in Bengaluru, India, to manage the support of HR benefit systems for a US-based population. Job Summary
This role will be responsible for supporting Benefit systems for US population (Health and Welfare, Savings Plan, Pension, and HSA).
Act as liaison between Production, HR BU’s, Global Financial Services, and Benefit Vendors, and coordinate communication for system related issues.
Ensure system stakeholders have proper training and documentation and partner with regional and RTX Corporate HRIS teams for successful system support.
