Assist Director of Business Operations with the day-to-day operations of concessions for the Flyers Training Center.
Continually look for ways to increase sales and improve efficiency, train part-time staff, and ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety.
Assist with cultivating the menu, ordering and purchasing inventory/supplies, and perform daily duties for the Office Manager and General Manager.
