Oversee staff and manage projects within the ALS Environmental Division laboratory in Houston, TX, focusing on strong leadership and meeting production goals for turnaround time, quality, and overall output.
Ensure compliance with ISO17025 and NELAC standards, maintain in-depth knowledge of procedures, and manage quality control requirements including MDL/LOD/LOQ studies.
Develop and implement new methods and technologies, complete performance evaluations, and uphold safety regulations as dictated by corporate policy.
