MOBS Lab is seeking a Director of Quality Control who will lead the strategy and management of critical biological reagents across various stages of product development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in biologics, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance

Job Summary

  • This senior scientific leader is responsible for the strategy, sourcing, development, quality, and lifecycle management of critical biological reagents used across discovery, development, analytical testing, manufacturing, and quality.
  • The role ensures reagent reliability, traceability, and regulatory compliance while driving innovation through robust platforms, process excellence, and strategic partnerships.
  • The Director will lead a multidisciplinary, global team and collaborate extensively across inline and pipeline large molecule product initiatives.
