Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
Essential duties include administrative functions, charting and documentation, drug administration, personnel management, nursing care, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan and assessment.
The role requires a licensed LPN/LVN with current CPR certification and the ability to make independent decisions and work effectively with residents and personnel.

Key Requirements
