Must-have
Highly developed case management skills
Clinical reasoning for injury rehabilitation
Flexibility to travel across Defence sites
Ability to engage multidisciplinary teams
Work hours 07:30 – 15:30 across ADF bases
Nice-to-have
Experience with ADF or Veterans
Genuine person-centred focus
High level stakeholder engagement
Support upskilling and onboarding
Exposure to diverse Defence Force bases
Key Requirements
Current unrestricted registration with relevant industry body
Tertiary qualifications in allied health or related fields
