  • Achieve assigned Area/TBM wise sales target and support the team to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly target.
  • Conduct activities and programs as per division strategy, develop and mentor team for the next level, and ensure areas stock availability of all products.
  • Guide TBMs on critical doctor conversion and engagement, and accurately forecast sales by analyzing trends from stockist statements.
