Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for providing general accounting and administrative support within the finance department, including conducting account analysis and reviewing financial transactions related to inventory and COGS.
  • The role involves overseeing audits, identifying and resolving discrepancies, preparing financial reports, handling monthly departmental closings, and updating accounting system processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Key responsibilities include supporting inventory and costs processes, coordinating team activities, serving as a focal point for projects, and ensuring the accuracy of General Ledger accounting entries and reconciliations in accordance with GAAP, compliance standards, internal audit, and SOX requirements.
