Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related
Minimum 20 years’ experience in project delivery
At least 5 years on projects in Saudi Arabia
Proven track record in large-scale developments
Strong expertise in project controls, planning, risk management
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
