Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Automation Engineering
Minimum 8 years delivering automation projects in pharma/biotech
Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent
Proven experience in GMP-regulated settings
Hands-on experience with DCS, SCADA, PLC, MES, BAS
