Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related
  • 10+ years progressive HR experience
  • 3+ years HR Business Partner experience
  • Experience supporting multiple sites/business units
  • Experience in a matrixed environment
  • Deep understanding of U.S. employment law
