Job Summary

  • The QA Manager provides technical leadership, direction, and strategic oversight of quality assurance across Netsmart’s engineering organization.
  • You will lead a team of QA professionals responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and accuracy of complex applications, cloud frameworks, and healthcare workflows.
  • This role is onsite 5 days a week in our Overland Park, KS headquarters and may require availability after hours to support critical releases, escalations, or production efforts.
