Job Summary
Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application, dedicated to quality and using exceptional communication skills to keep world-class systems running.
May require interpretation service during conferences or meetings with counterparts, clients, and vendors, and assist in Capability Development of bilinguals by conducting coaching or language training activities.
Willing to be cross-trained on technical, customer service, financial or project management/support tasks and work in a Service Desk setting involving spoken and written communication in the foreign language.
