Job Summary

  • Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application, dedicated to quality and using exceptional communication skills to keep world-class systems running.
  • May require interpretation service during conferences or meetings with counterparts, clients, and vendors, and assist in Capability Development of bilinguals by conducting coaching or language training activities.
  • Willing to be cross-trained on technical, customer service, financial or project management/support tasks and work in a Service Desk setting involving spoken and written communication in the foreign language.
