Key Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or relevant trade
  • 10+ years experience in FMCG or manufacturing
  • Proven leadership of maintenance/reliability teams
  • Strong knowledge of reliability methodologies (RCM, asset care, CI, Lean)
  • Experience with shutdown planning and CMMS systems
  • Australian working rights at time of applying
