Prepares room for dining by table set up; i.e., condiments, napkins, utensils, menus, etc., Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
Concludes dining experience by thanking guests for visiting the restaurant; inviting patrons to return.
