Cleveland Clinic’s Heart Vascular and Thoracic Institute is seeking an experienced, full-time Nurse Practitioner (Acute Care) or Physician Assistant to join our Heart Failure team.
This role includes coverage of the Inpatient Heart Failure consult service for inpatient cardiology, medicine, and other specialty hospital services, with a planned transition to provide primary service of Heart Failure intermediate care hemodynamics unit with invasive guided medical management.
The practice emphasizes health promotion, disease prevention and the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic health problems.
