Job Summary
Support customers in the holistic implementation of robotic programmes, acting as the primary point of contact from acquisition all the way through to ongoing account management.
Partner with customers and lead the definition of robotic programme implementation strategies in your twin responsibilities of maximising customer satisfaction and Versius utilisation in your accounts.
Undertake case support & troubleshooting in the Operating Room for surgical teams who are trained to use Versius.
