Job Summary

  • The Field Rep Development Program is an 18–24-month developmental program designed to build skills and knowledge necessary to partner with Caterpillar Dealers and drive customer loyalty.
  • Participants will undergo a 12-week training program including travel to Asia and Europe to build technical, product, and business skills, followed by rotational assignments across Caterpillar.
  • Each person hired is assigned a coach and receives personalized onboarding, soft-skill, sales, and technical training to support career progression within the company.
