Job Summary
As part of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), you’ll work with talented associates to drive teams and technologies across the company to meet our rigorous standards around risks, controls, issues, events, and risk assessments.
The Adherence Monitoring team within ERM is focused on developing tools and monitoring of all of our risk management processes to ensure our company effectively manages business objectives and satisfies regulatory requirements.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).

Salary
Chicago, IL: $187,300 - $213,700; McLean, VA: $206,000 - $235,100; Richmond, VA: $187,300 - $213,700; Riverwoods, IL: $187,300 - $213,700; Bonus/Equity: performance based incentive compensation; Benefits: comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 4 years of Financial Services experience
At least 6 years of Risk Management experience
At least 2 years of People Management experience
Masters Degree
7+ years of Financial Services risk management experience
7+ years of experience in Project or Process Management
5+ years of internal strategy or management consulting experience
