The Retail Keyholder assists the store management team in executing and supervising all store activities, providing outstanding guest service experiences within a sales culture that utilizes GameStop's buy, sell, trade, and reservation business model.
Responsibilities include processing guest purchases and returns, promoting loyalty programs, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, safeguarding company assets, and supervising Sales Associates in the absence of management.
Full-time store positions are eligible to participate in incentive programs, 401(k), paid time off, dental, vision, and health insurance.
