Job Summary

  • Define and build products, features, programs, and platforms that facilitate the customer journey from driving demand and adoption, creating unique customer experiences across all channels (online, offline, mobile, etc), and engaging with customers.
  • Lead a complex cross-functional effort end-to-end, working closely with engineering, design, operations, finance, international, and executive teams to deliver new products, features, and platforms.
  • Use strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data (including SQL and Tableau) and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, develop business cases and challenge conventional wisdom.
