Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Venue Manager in overseeing event day operations of the Stage Red restaurant areas and Bars.
Ensures all F&B outlets and designated Bar areas are properly set before guests arrive and supervises and coordinates Server Attendants, including training and providing feedback.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and possess strong floor operations skills to ensure a positive guest experience.
