  • The role includes ensuring consistent and best practice approaches to positive employee and labor relations, adherence to HR policies, compliance with regulatory and policy requirements and standards, investigations, and recommendations for workplace environment improvement.

Key Requirements

  • 5 years general HR experience
  • 5 years Employee Relations experience
  • 5 years ADAAA and leaves of absence experience
  • 5 years high-touch customer service experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field (Preferred)
  • HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP) (Upon hire)
  • 3 years additional HR specialty experience (Preferred)
