The primary responsibility of a Porter is to clean dishes, kitchen equipment, and maintain orderly work areas as needed.
Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas, clearing tables and washing all china, glass, and silverware.
Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
