Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are required to report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and incidents to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.
