Job Summary

  • This role sits at the intersection of local market strategy and product execution — you'll identify business and product opportunities unique to LatAm, shape how we localize the trading experience, and own the end-to-end user trading journey for the region.
  • We need someone who deeply understands how LatAm users discover, onboard, trade, and grow — and who can turn that understanding into product decisions that move our regional metrics.
  • Own and optimize the full user trading journey across APP and WEB — from discovery and onboarding (Markets, Chart analysis) through execution (Order placement, Chart trading, Position management) to post-trade review (Asset analysis, Trading journal).
