Job Summary

  • Manage a team of project coordinators and associate project managers on the Humana account with responsibilities including the coordination of projects, small tenant improvements, assignments, capital improvements and building or site repairs for properties.
  • Support initiation phase and subsequent phases of projects including resource management and assignments, onboarding, continuous training, and process adherence for direct team members and project managers within program Governance and reporting of program level initiatives including financial status, tenant improvement processing, and data integrity.
