Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assembly of component parts
Use of manual and automatic machines
Visual and dimensional inspection
Adherence to safety and quality policies
Completion of manufacturing documentation
2nd shift work with shift differential
Nice-to-have
Ability to read blueprints
Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices
Participation in process improvement activities
Cross training and classroom instruction
Respectful and collaborative work culture
Key Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent
0-2 years related work experience
Ability to read and follow detailed instructions
Willingness to learn assembly operations
Previous experience in regulated medical device industry preferred
