This role requires coordinating with various departments to go above and beyond, managing guest feedback, and resolving issues promptly while maintaining the highest levels of hospitality standards.

Must-have
Three years front office experience
Working knowledge of Front Desk and Concierge
Opera and HotSOS systems proficiency
Ability to recognize Elite and VIP guests
English reading, writing, and speaking skills
Nice-to-have
Proactive approach to guest services
Strong communication with various departments
Budgetary responsibility for amenities
Experience with vendor management
Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
Key Requirements
College degree or equivalent experience
Three years previous front office/hospitality experience
US Work Authorization required unless existing US manager
Work Rights
