Job Summary
As a valued member of our clinical teams, you will provide nutritional care services for Residents within legislative and budgetary parameters.
This position will be shared between our two Northumberland County Long-Term Care Homes, Extendicare Cobourg and Extendicare Port Hope, as well as providing service in sister Extendicare Homes within short commutes.

Key Requirements
Registered Dietitian, eligible for membership with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
2-3 years' experience in a Long-Term Care setting
extensive knowledge of geriatric nutrition
Proficiency and Experience with RAI MDS 2.0
familiarity with software PointClickCare is an asset
