Job Summary

  • As a valued member of our clinical teams, you will provide nutritional care services for Residents within legislative and budgetary parameters.
  • This position will be shared between our two Northumberland County Long-Term Care Homes, Extendicare Cobourg and Extendicare Port Hope, as well as providing service in sister Extendicare Homes within short commutes.

Key Requirements

  • Registered Dietitian, eligible for membership with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
  • 2-3 years' experience in a Long-Term Care setting
  • extensive knowledge of geriatric nutrition
  • Proficiency and Experience with RAI MDS 2.0
  • familiarity with software PointClickCare is an asset
