This role is responsible for the electrical characterization and failure analysis of DRAM and emerging memory products to distinguish between package and device failures.
The engineer will utilize various test tools including uMate testers, Probers, and CAD layout tools to perform detailed characterization and log failure mechanisms.
Candidates must possess a strong understanding of DRAM fabrication processes, test programs, and device functionality to effectively troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate with engineering groups.
