Lead the gCSMs in designated programs, provide inspirational leadership, facilitate proactive risk and issue management, and deliver feedback-oriented mentorship.

$171,900.00 - $231,900.00 annually; Non-Commercial roles eligible for annual bonus plan, Commercial roles eligible for incentive compensation plan; Equity awards and Employee Stock Purchase Plan; Comprehensive benefits package
