Job Summary

  • Responsible for the management and governance of performance indicators and routines in Kinston Plant, defining, implementing, and developing a robust performance review system in line with Airbus Operating System (AOS) to deliver on time, on cost, and on quality.
  • This leadership position directs Performance Management across all Kinston Plant CDT areas, ensuring the integration of KPIs and KPRs, and establishing, maintaining, and communicating priorities, status, and plans for Site performance with all stakeholders to optimize operational output.

Key Requirements

  • 8-10 years experience in Performance Management
  • Lean/continuous improvement operations
  • Solid knowledge of industrialization principles
  • Manufacturing processes and production management
  • Experienced in project management
  • Operational experience in industrial systems
  • Proven coaching/training competencies
  • Deep knowledge of Performance Management
  • AOS / lean manufacturing
  • Good knowledge in KPI monitoring
  • Experience leading lean manufacturing workshops
  • Fluency in local language mandatory / English negotiation level
  • Bachelor degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering preferred
  • Lean six sigma, Master Black Belt or equivalent preferred
