Job Summary

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the GM, Operations Leaders and Department Heads within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Manage scheduling, staffing matrix for game day/event day staff, and support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and processing new hire paperwork.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and implement process improvements, performing additional administrative and operational support duties as assigned.
