Job Summary
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the GM, Operations Leaders and Department Heads within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Manage scheduling, staffing matrix for game day/event day staff, and support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and processing new hire paperwork.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and implement process improvements, performing additional administrative and operational support duties as assigned.

Key Requirements
High School diploma or G.E.D.
Two to three years related experience
Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
