Job Summary
Assists residents with loading and unloading from facility approved vehicles and ensures their safe transportation to scheduled medical appointments or approved activities.
Maintains the interior and exterior of facility vehicles to promote safe and comfortable transport and monitors vehicle maintenance logs for scheduled upkeep.
Must be able to lift, transfer, and mobilize patients up to 70 pounds and demonstrate safe clinical transfer techniques while making complex decisions involving a highly dependent patient base.

Key Requirements
Minimum High School Diploma or GED
Minimum age 25 years
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
No serious traffic crimes or multiple DUIs in last 7 years
Pass drug screen and background check
Completed CNA training with maintained certification
