  • The Head of Finance and Accounting is responsible for managing the organization’s financial control environment and ensuring compliance with IFRS, Group Financial Guidelines and local Statutory Accounting and regulatory requirements across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
  • This role oversees end-to-end accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, and holds accountability for working capital and balance sheet forecasting, Balance Sheet and treasury management, and intercompany processes to maintain financial integrity.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years progressive accounting/finance experience
  • 5+ years senior leadership managing multi-country EMEA operations
  • Expertise in IFRS, internal controls, audit management, SAP ERP
  • Experience leading finance transformation initiatives
  • Strong background in treasury operations and FX risk management
