Job Summary

• You will own compliance programs, partner with site leadership, and drive measurable improvements across our company’s Animal Health Technology Solutions facilities in Dallas, Texas and Baton Rouge, Louisiana!
• Serve as the primary EHS point of contact for both sites, partnering closely with site leadership, line managers, and cross-functional teams.
• The selected candidate must be open to 30% travel regularly between Dallas, TX and Baton Rouge, LA based on site needs.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience
• Bachelor’s degree in biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Engineering, Physical Science or related technical discipline
• Experience with U.S. EHS regulatory agencies
• RCRA hazardous waste, Clean Air Act, OSHA PSM, or high-risk work controls
• Experience developing EHS training
• Experience conducting incident investigations
