Job Summary
The role involves training to perform duties related to the preparation and manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients, intermediates, and/or medical devices in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Employees must demonstrate adherence to safety procedures by monitoring personal and peer behaviors, work environment, and housekeeping while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
BD prioritizes on-site collaboration with a requirement of a minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week to foster creativity and innovation.

4 months of work experience in manufacturing environment preferred
