  • Lead and coordinate shop floor logistic, packing and shipping activities within the Material & Planning organization.
  • Manage a team of hourly logistic shop operators and salaried logistic specialists to ensure EHS, Quality and Delivery targets.
  • Adopt Lean Management System strategy with focus on process standardization, DMS, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
