  • As a global Senior CRM Analyst, you will be a member of the cross-functional agile global CRM Product team, working with business and IT teams to identify, define, and document business processes and software requirements.
  • The Senior Product Specialist for CRM Technology will act as a global functional / technical leader and subject matter expert for digital solutions that enable global sales processes, blending deep functional sales knowledge with technical expertise in platforms like SalesForce Sales Cloud.

  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications and digital transformation
