  • Develop and operate robust Performance Systems and governance frameworks to monitor key KPIs and drive continuous improvement at all organizational levels.
  • Drive the transition from legacy systems to new Engineering Business Management tools, supporting the roll-out and ensuring full team adoption of new digital workflows.
