Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
Experience with Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies
Hands-on application of Kaizen and problem-solving tools
Ability to drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity targets
Experience coaching leaders on continuous improvement tools
Nice-to-have
DBS, Lean, or Continuous Improvement certification
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments
Partnership with enterprise CI organizations
Master's degree preferred
Strong strategic planning capabilities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
U.S. citizenship or legal permanent resident status required

Proven experience managing improvement initiatives in manufacturing
