Job Summary

  • The role will be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders and other members of the L&D Team to design, deliver, and evaluate learning initiatives that ensure all employees have access to the development they require to be effective in their roles, aligning with the Group’s business strategy.
  • This cluster focuses on designing and delivering learning interventions that are aligned with commercial objectives, such as improving customer service, driving sales growth, and supporting talent development.
  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve end-to-end orientation and job-specific onboarding programmes to ensure new starters are confident, capable, and productive in their roles.
